Thinking of changing your hair?
You don't have to decide everything in a few minutes at reception. At Kapilli, you can book a full 30 minutes with a stylist, dedicated to you and the look you're considering.
Whether you're exploring a new style, a different colour or hair extensions, we'll take a proper look at your hair, listen to your ideas and talk through what's achievable and how to get there.
It's particularly useful when you're new to Kapilli, but our existing clients are just as welcome. You can come with inspiration pictures, questions or simply an idea you'd like to explore.

02 / We look together. Your stylist considers your hair, its history and the possibilities for your chosen look.

Love having your hair done, but prefer not to pay the full amount from one month's budget? Put a little aside each month, ready for your next visit.
Choose a monthly amount. Your payment is collected through a subscription and added as credit to your Kapilli salon account. When you visit, that credit goes towards your bill. If your appointment costs more than your available balance, simply pay the difference.

01 / Choose your amount. Pick a monthly contribution that suits your plans.
02 / Build your salon credit. Each successful payment is added to your Kapilli account.
03 / Enjoy your appointment. Use the available balance towards your hair and pay any remaining amount on the day.
This is advance payment towards salon services, not borrowing or a discount. Online subscriptions are not yet enabled on this preview. Terms covering unused balances, cancellations and refunds will be confirmed before enrolment.

Kirsty has worked in the hair industry for 18 years and took over Kapilli Hair Design in November 2017. She is passionate about beautiful colour, detailed foiling and creating a salon experience where clients feel genuinely comfortable, listened to and looked after.
For Kirsty, the best result is hair that makes you feel completely like yourself — whether that comes through colour, styling or simply finding the look that gives you more confidence.
